Being one of the best fabricator and installer of 3d signboards in Pakistan, We got the privilege to get one of Lahore’s best retail store on board. Yes exactly, We are talking about Al-Fatah. They found us online and asked us to install two 3d signboards in their upcoming Shadman Branch. Our team visited the Al-Fatah headoffice and the proceedings went on.
Drawings of the project were shared with our team, who proceeded further and started the work. Once sampling was done, laser cutting of letters with acrylic sheet commenced. Once acrylic sheet was lasered according to drawing, side moulding of acrylic letters started. Final pictures of letters was sent to Al-Fatah for cross check as if everything was going according to plan. We got positive feedback to proceed further.
Foamboard Sheet was also cut according to the letters. Foamboard sheet is installed at the back of letters, where LED lights are installed for illumination effect.
Once led lights were installed on foamboard sheet, all the acrylic letters and logo were placed on Cladding sheet (also known as Alucobond sheet). Cladding sheet is the main base of any 3d signboard. As seen in picture grey base is cladding sheet with all acrylic letters placed on it.
There were minor flaws mentioned by Al-Fatah team, which were later resolved and customer was satisfied.
